Medical staff are on call 24-hours a day. The professional
services of this staff, as well as certain medications, are available on board
at reasonable costs. Guests requiring ongoing medication, or having specific

Each Penthouse and stateroom is equipped with a personal
safe. Because guests must assume full responsibility for items kept in Penthouses
and staterooms, we recommend that items of special value be placed in the complimentary
safe-deposit boxes at the Reception Desk.

Complete valet services are available, including laundry,
pressing and dry cleaning. Valet charges are billed to the shipboard account.
Pressing is offered free of charge to Penthouse guests.

- Wheelchair Access
Wheelchair-bound guests must bring their own junior/adult standard-size wheelchair (22.5” wide) and must be accompanied by a traveling companion for better access to all areas on and around both ships.
- Smoking Policy
Most areas of the ships are non-smoking. There are designated smoking and non-smoking tables in most bars and lounges (except The Bistro, inside the Lido Café, the Crystal Dining Room, Prego, Jade Garden, Silk Road and The Sushi Bar restaurants and the Galaxy Lounge, which are entirely smoke-free). Pipes and cigars are permitted only in the Connoisseur Club, and on the “open decks,” except all areas of the Lido Deck (deck 11 on Crystal Symphony and deck 12 on Crystal Serenity). Pipes and cigars may not be smoked in guest penthouses, staterooms, on verandahs or in corridors. Crystal Cruises kindly asks its guests to observer the non-smoking areas, which have been created for the comfort and enjoyment of everyone on board.
